Tiny Tunes

Tiny Tunes is a music enrichment program that specializes in providing fun and engaging music classes for young children. Classes are designed to meet the unique learning needs of young children, helping them develop cognitive, social and emotional skills through music-based activities. During the classes, children have the opportunity to explore a range of musical instruments. A musician plays the guitar introducing children to a variety of musical styles, from traditional nursery rhymes to folk music to current hits.

Chicago Craft Club

The Chicago Craft Club connects and supports crafters through a range of inclusive and accessible events. Founded in January 2022, the club quickly grew from virtual meetups to hosting 3 to 5 in-person gatherings monthly, averaging 50 attendees per event. We prioritize affordability, accessibility, and a welcoming atmosphere for all adults, regardless of background. We’re proud to offer a space where creativity and kindness flourish.

Sound Bath Meditations

This Elevated Sound Meditation is a remarkably potent experience, combining the benefits of traditional meditation with a focus on sound. By surrendering and allowing the tones and vibrations flow through your body and mind, you can effortlessly reach a state of balance. Using the restorative power of sound. Typically, participants lay down in meditation, but you are welcome to be seated as well. Curated by Mecca Elevated.

Tai Chi Fundamentals

Tai chi is an ancient exercise that trains relaxed, fluid movements combined with a calm, alert mental state. Tai Chi Fundamentals offers a simplified approach to learning traditional movements and form, and serves as an excellent precursor to practicing more advanced traditional yang style forms. Other benefits of Tai Chi Fundamentals include a focus on postural alignment and body awareness, as well as mind-body skills such as breathing and mindfulness.
