In honor of the 189th birthday of William Morris in March 2023, we feature the cover from his 1902 biography entitled William Morris: Poet, Craftsman, Socialist by Elisabeth Luther Cary, which sits on a shelf in the Glessner library. The designer of the cover is identified only as “MA” in the lower right hand corner; they are not identified by name in the book itself.
